Thank you for your interest in the services and products offered by EnVersum GmbH as well as for visiting our website.
Data protection, especially the protection of your personal data, is extremely important. The following sections inform you of our Data Protection Guidelines, with the aim of making these as transparent as possible for you.
EnVersum GmbH (EnVersum) takes the protection of your data seriously. We process personal data, which is collected when visiting our web pages, in accordance with the statutory provisions, especially the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telecommunication Services Data Protection Act (TDDSG).
The web pages under www.enversum.de may contain links to the websites of other service providers to which these privacy statements do not extend.
3. Collection, processing and use of data
If you visit our website, our webservers save the date and duration of the visit, the pages that you visit on our website as well as information on the browser and operating system that you used, in a server log file as standard. EnVersum uses this data in order to track the preferences of users and optimise the design of the web pages accordingly.
Our website uses various online forms that make it easier for us and you to communicate. The forms are aligned to the needs of the user of our site. What is common to all forms is that the only mandatory data we collect is the personal data that is essential to process the enquiry/order. Data, which is not absolutely necessary, but in which we are interested, is collected on a voluntary basis. In this case, you decide whether you want to provide the data and the specific data that you are happy to provide. If you do not want to provide the optional data, we respect your decision. This will naturally not limit the service that we provide to you.
4. Data transmission to third parties
We exclusively use the collected data internally for the purpose specified. The data is not transmitted to third parties, unless this is required to implement the contractual relationship.
5. Advertising and user profiles
We do not use the collected data for advertising purposes. We also do not create user profiles of our visitors.
6. Transfer (external link)
Providers of teleservices are required to notify the user of any transfer to another service provider. Wherever we refer to another service provider within our offer, we communicate this transfer by opening the other service provider's site in a new browser window and/or a separate link colour.
7. Editing or deleting data
We save you data as long as this is required to process the order.
These cookies have an "expiration date" and expire after no more than one day. No personal data is saved or processed in the cookies. Cookies are not used beyond the purposes mentioned above.
9. PIWIK analysis tool
Our internet site uses the PIWIK analysis tool (http://piwik.org/). The use of the tool does not involve the collection or storage of personal data. In particular, the IP address transmitted by your browser is anonymised based on the current data protection regulations so that the IP address that you used can no longer be identified.
Purely for your information, we have included the note recommended by the manufacturer of the tool below:
"The Piwik web analysis tool is used to evaluate the use of this website. This is operated on a separate server (http://stats.newheads.com). Piwik exclusively generates anonymised statistical data, which does not allow the individual users to be identified."
